Description
The Planon DocuPen RC810 ‘Pen-sized’ Full Page Color Scanner is part of your ‘Office in a Pocket’ solution able to scan and capture images of documents (including text, graphics and signatures), articles in magazines, pictures and more. It’s lightweight, battery-operated, has expandable memory, is completely portable, it captures 100’s images at 100-400dpi resolution in color and black and white. Scanning any page takes just 4-8 seconds. When you get back to the computer, plug it into USB both to transfer images and to recharge its battery. Work times and places are being redefined with more people needing to get things done on the road away from the convenience of their office. Planon allows you to bring your office with you with the DocuPen scanner and also the Planon PrintStik pocket size printer completes the solution. Even though the DocuPen is pen-size, it is not the typical ‘pen’ scanner that only scans one line at a time; our scanner scans the whole page just like your office scanner. The DocuPen is your tool to help you become more organized and efficient for many uses: use it to quickly scan a signed document at your desk and email it, rather than finding a scanner somewhere in your office; use in your hotel room, rather than find a business office; real estate, banking and insurance sales professionals can scan needed identification and documents right at their client’s home, and save time and have important backup; great to capture images when on holidays like a menu, or wine bottle label, handy way to make a digital copy of receipts and tax records and filings (some even scan checks as they send them, since most banks no longer return paper checks with statements); experts recommend saving those images on a CD in case there’s ever a challenge.
