Welcome to The Official T&T Business Network (TTBN)

 

The T&T Business Network was established in March 2008 by Damian Luk Pat B. Sc. To date there are over 480 members and growing.

The idea came about a year prior through interactions with other Sales and Marketing Professionals people in different industries. The initial idea of business networking was to exchange boxes of business cards with members of a group to be passed onto their clients resulting in possible potential business opportunities. With the rapid growth of technology and the internet, more and more business people are conducting business via the internet.

The Social Network website - Facebook gave the TTBN the opportunity to invite members to a common group in order to share information such as their job title, companies, products, services, special events such as Meet & Greets and event apply to vacancies advertised by members.

Activities: 3 events were held to date. 1 informal and 2 formal Meet & Greet Events that was sponsored by members of the TTBN.

Updates:

1st Informal Meet & Greet Limes were held at the Cocktails at the Hyatt on 6th June and the Friday After-work lime at Tsunami on 13th June.


The 1st Official Meet & Greet Event was held on the Thursday 17th July 2008 at Woodford Cafe, Movietowne from 6pm to 8pm. Cutters and Drink Specials were provided by Benny  of Woodford Cafe and Damian Luk Pat. And Promotional Pens distributed & sponsored by Tracmac Engineering to each participant.

38 Members participated in this event.

The 2nd TTBN's Meet & Greet was held on the 8th October 2008 at More Vino from 5:30 to 7:30pm with over 70 members attending the event.
